They may even hide secrets we didn’t even know about ourselves!\nIf they could talk\, what do you think they would be saying or revealing? Open your mind and share your opinions with us. The speech must be within five minutes.\nPublic Schools Category\nPlease refer to the circular issued by the Co-Curricular & Arts Division of the Ministry of Education Malaysia.\nPrivate Learners Category\nYour completed application form\, along with original manuscript written or typed on Japanese style manuscript paper (20×20 characters)\, must arrive at the following address by 6 March\, 2017:\nThe Japan Foundation\, Kuala Lumpur\nJapanese Language Department\n18th Floor\, Northpoint\, Block B\nMid Valley City\, No. 1\, Medan Syed Putra\n59200 Kuala Lumpur.\nOnly one (1) applicant from each secondary school will be accepted.
