DESCRIPTION:The Japan Foundation\, Kuala Lumpur (JFKL)\, in collaboration with Comic Fiesta and the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia\, is thrilled to host a remarkable event celebrating the vibrant fusion of Japanese music and anime culture. This year\, we welcome Suzuki Konomi and MYTH & ROID\, two celebrated artists renowned for their iconic anime theme songs\, to perform live in Malaysia.\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\nSuzuki Konomi and MYTH & ROID\, both celebrated for their distinct musical styles and powerful contributions to anime soundtracks\, are set to take center stage at this highly anticipated event. Suzuki Konomi\, renowned for her emotive voice and iconic themes from "Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World" and "No Game No Life"\, will be joined by MYTH & ROID\, the innovative group behind memorable tracks for "Overlord" and "Re:Zero". Their performances promise an electrifying showcase that highlights the unique charm of Japanese music and anime culture which will grace the stage at Comic Fiesta. In 2011\, she won the Grand Prix at the 5th All Japan Animation Song Grand Prix Final\, and made her debut at the age of 15 with “CHOIR JAIL” the following year in 2012.\nShe has sung many TV anime theme songs\, including “This game”\, the OP theme of the TV anime “No Game\, No Life”\, and “Redo”\, the OP theme of the TV anime “Re:ZERO - Starting Life in Another World -”.\nIn 2022\, XAI and Konomi Suzuki formed the loud rock unit “She is Legend”\, which was created in the dramatic RPG “Heaven Burns Red”.\nIn 2023\, they will tour Asia for the first time in 4 years in Taiwan\, Hong Kong\, Seoul\, and Shanghai.
