Together\, they have earned high reputation abroad for their musical output\, which combines the best of tradition and innovation. After making their international debut at Mont Saint-Michel in France\, AUN J Classic Orchestra embarked on an annual tour of world heritage sites. In 2013\, they initiated the first of many joint concerts with counterparts in Southeast Asia under the theme of ONE ASIA.\nMalaysian Artistes \nAnas Gereteh\nGraduated with a Bachelor of Music (Performance) from the National Arts\, Culture and Heritage Academy. His interest in the arts was nurtured from childhood when he began playing music at primary school level. In addition to gamelan and marimba\, he is also adept at caklempong having chosen it as his major of study. These days\, he is often invited to play the caklempong both inside and outside the country.\nYana Rebab\nThe first female rebab (traditional fiddle) player in Malaysia\, she currently serves as a lecturer in mak yong vocals at the National Arts\, Culture and Heritage Academy while pursuing a Master of Music. Among her many performance credits are the ASEAN Festival\, Makyung Bertimang Gading\, Makyung Dewa Muda\, Raja Besar Ho Gading\, Ramayana Festival Singapore and Bangkok Pakyung Dewa Muda SEAPA.\nUmar Gendang gamelan\nTeuku Umar Ilany graduated with a first-class degree in composition and arrangement from the National Arts\, Culture and Heritage Academy. Under the tutelage of mentors and adi-gurus\, Teuku has emerged as a leading light in the new generation of Malay gamelan artistes. He has won the Best Gamelan Performer award at a competition in Terengganu\, directed many traditional performances\, and led the ASWARA Gamelan Group in a collaboration with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.\nAmira Gambang\nGraduated with a Bachelor of Music (Performance) from the National Arts\, Culture and Heritage Academy. She took up gamelan and marimba as major instruments and is currently pursuing a Master of Music at the Sultan Idris University of Education.\nFarid Serunai\nSince graduating with a bachelor's degree in performing arts and traditional music\, Mohd. Farid has been entrusted with the role of musical director of the numerous mak yong shows around Kuala Lumpur. He is also skilled and able to master a variety of traditional instruments such as the serunai (Kelantanese flute)\, rebab\, drums and many more.
