He pioneered Sushi Summit\, a Japanese food promotion event that fosters collaboration between fishmongers and fishery businesses within Japan’s Tohoku region while developing Muslim-friendly Japanese menus to make authentic cuisine accessible. \n\nBeginning his professional journey at just 15 in a Tokyo sushi restaurant\, Chef Saito Sam has dedicated his life to mastering every aspect of sushi.
