However\, each bite lies a rich and layered historical journey. From fully fermented nare-zushi to nigiri-zushi that came about during the Edo period\, the evolution of sushi reflects changes in Japanese ways of life\, including the philosophy of mottainai\, the appreciation of resources without waste.\n\nThrough captivating visual displays\, interactive exhibition materials\, and a simulated sushi shop experience\, visitors will be able to experience the artistry and innovation that has shaped the sushi we know today. Daripada nare-zushi yang diperam sepenuhnya sehinggalah kepada nigiri-zushi yang muncul pada era Edo\, evolusi sushi mencerminkan perubahan cara hidup masyarakat Jepun\, termasuk falsafah mottainai\, menghargai setiap sumber tanpa pembaziran.Melalui paparan visual yang memikat\, bahan pameran interaktif serta pengalaman simulasi suasana kedai sushi\, pengunjung akan dapat merasai sendiri seni ketelitian\, keseimbangan rasa dan inovasi yang membentuk sushi seperti yang kita kenali hari ini.
