Yamada Un is set to launch its fourth-year project in Malaysia: a dance piece featuring an all-male Malaysian cast. The programme includes locally-held auditions\, before successful applicants proceed to Japan for rehearsals. They will then return to Malaysia for a series of final performances\, which will also bring together the full extent of Co. Un Yamada’s ranks for a double-bill event.\n“one?piece” was first performed in Tokyo in 2004. This famous work\, choreographed and directed by Un Yamada\, has toured worldwide and been performed by various female dancers. However\, the Malaysian version will solely comprise male dancers. Age: 18 – 45 years old\n2. Male\n3. In good physical health\n4. Able to commit to the full length of the rehearsals and shows\n5. Minimum one year dance or physical theatre experience\n* Roundtrip flight (KL-Tokyo)\, accommodation\, per-diem and travel insurance during rehearsal period in Japan\, as well as artist’s fee\, will be covered for 5 successful applicants by the Japan Foundation\, Kuala Lumpur.\nHow to Apply\nSTEP 1\nPlease provide us the following information:\n1.
