DESCRIPTION:[vc_row css=".vc_custom_1655958834164{margin-bottom: 50px !important;}"][vc_column width="1/6"][/vc_column][vc_column width="2/3"][vc_column_text]In order to stimulate interest and promote networks among scholars in Southeast Asia\, The Japanese Studies Association in Southeast Asia (JSA-ASEAN) organizes a biennial conference as the major platform for a trans-disciplinary international exchange.\nThe 6th JSA-ASEAN International Conference 2018 will be organized by The Indonesian Association for Japanese Studies (ASJI)\, Universitas Indonesia\, Indonesia Japan Friendship Association (PPIJ)\, and Japan Graduate?s Association of Indonesia (PERSADA) under the plenary theme ?Global Dynamics Impacts to JAPAN-ASEAN Relations?.\nObjectives\n\nTo provide a platform for discussions on Japanese Studies\, particularly on topics pertaining to Japan-ASEAN relations from a Southeast Asian and other perspective.\nTo promote networking among scholars working on Japanese Studies in Southeast Asia.\nTo strengthen collaboration among the Japanese Studies associations in ASEAN and beyond.\n\nThe conference?s organizers invite individual papers\, posters and short films/videos relating to the conference theme in either English or Japanese. Significant and original (unpublished) submissions are solicited. Full paper should not exceed 8.000 words and should include an abstract of 250-500 words in English\, or 300-500 characters in Japanese. All accepted and completed papers will be included in e-proceedings.
